  • Soins techniques sur prescription m\u00e9dicale<\/strong> :<\/span>

    Ils sont dispens\u00e9s en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral le matin apr\u00e8s pr\u00e9-m\u00e9dication mais aussi tout au long de la journ\u00e9e et la nuit, selon la prescription du m\u00e9decin.<\/span><\/p>

    Afin d\u2019assurer une continuit\u00e9 dans la prise de votre traitement, merci de confier \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de soins vos derni\u00e8res ordonnances, votre traitement personnel, vos examens d\u2019imagerie et vos derniers bilans sanguins.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • Autres prestations de soins<\/strong><\/span>

      Votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 peut n\u00e9cessiter la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019examens compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 la demande du m\u00e9decin. Les informations concernant ces examens vous seront donn\u00e9s par les soignants.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Horaires des visites<\/strong><\/span>

        Elles sont autoris\u00e9es de 14h00 \u00e0 20h00.<\/span>
        Pour le bien-\u00eatre et le respect du repos des personnes hospitalis\u00e9es et de leur voisin, nous vous demandons de limiter le nombre de visiteurs. En cas de mise en place de mesures d\u2019isolement, les visites sont limit\u00e9es \u00e0 1 personne en m\u00eame temps. Merci de vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux consignes et indications donn\u00e9es par les infirmi\u00e8res.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        • Soins d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de confort<\/strong><\/span>

          Ils sont syst\u00e9matiquement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s le matin et, selon les besoins de la personne hospitalis\u00e9e, \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence r\u00e9guli\u00e8re dans la journ\u00e9e et la nuit. Pour votre confort, nous vous invitons \u00e0 apporter votre n\u00e9cessaire de toilette et quelques effets personnels tels que pyjama, serviettes, gants de toilette, brosse \u00e0 dents,\u2026<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          • Distribution des m\u00e9dicaments<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Elle a lieu lors de chaque repas, certains traitements doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre administr\u00e9s entre les repas ou \u00e0 la demande du patient. L\u2019infirmi\u00e8re vous communiquera les modalit\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res li\u00e9es \u00e0 la prise des m\u00e9dicaments. Pour ces raisons, veuillez signaler vos absences de la chambre.<\/span><\/p>

            • La restauration<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              Les repas sont servis \u00e0 7h00, 12h00 et 18h00. Les menus propos\u00e9s prennent en compte les r\u00e9gimes qui sont prescrits par le m\u00e9decin ou la di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne.<\/span>
              Un membre de votre entourage peut demander \u00e0 prendre son repas en votre compagnie. Dans ce cas, veuillez prendre contact avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe soignante qui vous indiquera les modalit\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre.<\/span><\/p>

              • Nettoyage des chambres<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
              • Le nettoyage quotidien est effectu\u00e9 tous les matins. En cas de sortie d\u2019un <\/span>occupant de la chambre, il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9part.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                Une t\u00e9l\u00e9commande vous sera remise lors du r\u00e8glement du prix de la location. Pour cela, adressez-vous \u00e0 la boutique \u00ab Relais H \u00bb, au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. Nous restons \u00e0 votre disposition en cas de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser cette d\u00e9marche.<\/span>

                Pour des raisons de confidentialit\u00e9, aucun renseignement m\u00e9dical concernant les patients ne peut \u00eatre donn\u00e9 par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Les m\u00e9decins re\u00e7oivent les familles sur rendez-vous pris aupr\u00e8s du secr\u00e9tariat en appelant au 03.25.30.70.20 (ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 \u00e0 18h00). Nous vous invitons \u00e0 choisir dans votre entourage, une personne r\u00e9f\u00e9rente charg\u00e9e de demander des informations sur votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 au M\u00e9decin et de transmettre ces donn\u00e9es \u00e0 votre famille.<\/span><\/p>
