Le service accueille toute personne confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une\u00a0situation de handicap<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Il informe et conseille sur les aides techniques, les am\u00e9nagements, les adaptations et les aides \u00e0 la personne.<\/span>
L’ergoth\u00e9rapeute r\u00e9alise une \u00e9valuation de vos besoins en aide technique et en am\u00e9nagement de domicile des capacit\u00e9s fonctionnelles.<\/span>
L’\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dico-technique r\u00e9alise des bilans m\u00e9dico-techniques et des expertises.<\/span><\/p>

L’UTACAP dispose de plusieurs \u00e9quipements : simulateur de conduite, salle d’exposition, salle d’appareillage ainsi qu’une salle d’activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>

Cette structure est ouverte toute l’ann\u00e9e de\u00a08 heures 30 \u00e0 12 heures et 13 heures \u00e0 17 heures<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Simulateur de conduite<\/b> : \u00e9valuation des capacit\u00e9s motrices, neuromatrices, visuelles et cognitives pour la compatibilit\u00e9 avec l’activit\u00e9 conduite. Possibilit\u00e9 d’essayer des adaptations du poste de conduite sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la situation de handicap. Pour les patients de RF (sous prescription du m\u00e9decin de l’h\u00f4pital), ou pour les personnes ext\u00e9rieures sur prescription m\u00e9dicale ou demande de la pr\u00e9fecture.<\/span><\/p>

Cybex<\/b>\u00a0: L\u2019ergom\u00e8tre isocin\u00e9tique CYBEX NORM est la solution pour \u00e9valuer et r\u00e9\u00e9duquer les capacit\u00e9s neuromusculaires de chaque articulation. L\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019une articulation isol\u00e9e et des groupes musculaires associ\u00e9s par une mesure scientifique. La r\u00e9\u00e9ducation et l\u2019entra\u00eenement dans des conditions optimum d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de ces m\u00eames articulations.<\/span><\/p>

Tapis de marche<\/b> : locom\u00e9trie : \u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 de la marche en fonction de divers crit\u00e8res, \u00e9valuation possible avec des aides techniques (canne simple, cadre de marche…), peut permettre d’orienter la prise en charge. R\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le m\u00e9decin (ou ergoth\u00e9rapeute UTACAP pour l’Agefiph).<\/span><\/p>

Plateforme<\/b> : posturologie : \u00e9valuation de la posture de la personne en station debout statique en se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant \u00e0 divers crit\u00e8res (r\u00e9partition de l’appui bipodal, centre de pression), des compensations peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es en fonction des r\u00e9sultats (semelles entre autre). R\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le m\u00e9decin (ou ergoth\u00e9rapeute UTACAP pour l’Agefiph).<\/span><\/p>
