Au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2016, le Centre Hospitalier de Bourbonne les Bains compte 242 agents r\u00e9partis de la fa\u00e7on suivante\u00a0:
Agents titulaires- stagiaires, et contractuels : 222 agents soit 208,97 \u00e9quivalent temps plein Agents en contrat aid\u00e9\u00a0: 11 agents soit 8,4 \u00e9quivalent temps plein Personnels m\u00e9dicaux\u00a0: 9 agents soit 4,4 \u00e9quivalent temps plein
Ces 222 personnels repr\u00e9sentent essentiellement des personnels soignants et de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation ( 175 agents) mais \u00e9galement des personnels administratifs y compris les secr\u00e9taires m\u00e9dicales (16 agents), techniques (26 agents dont cuisine et service technique) et m\u00e9dico-techniques (5 agents).
L’accueil est assur\u00e9 au service des ressources humaines tous les jours du lundi au vendredi de 14 heures \u00e0 17 heures. Un permanence RH est assur\u00e9e sur le site de l’EHPAD les mardis de 14 heures \u00e0 15 heures.
