ETP et Maladies Chroniques<\/p>

-Un entretien individuel initial et final.<\/p>

-Quinze s\u00e9ances d’activit\u00e9s physiques adapt\u00e9es de 1h30, anim\u00e9es par un \u00e9ducateur m\u00e9dico-sportif.<\/p>

-Dix s\u00e9ances de sophrologie d’1h, anim\u00e9es par une sophrologue.<\/p>

-Quatre ateliers d’\u00e9ducation nutritionnelle de 1h30 et un atelier cuisine, anim\u00e9s par une di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne.<\/p>

-Trois ateliers \u00e9ducatifs.<\/p>

-Un entretien individuel avec la di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne.<\/p>

Programme GRATUIT et destin\u00e9 aux personnes atteintes de cancer, en traitement ou en r\u00e9mission, aux diab\u00e9tiques (type 1 et 2), aux personnes atteintes de maladies cardiovasculaires, ainsi qu’aux personnes en situation d’ob\u00e9sit\u00e9.<\/p>

  • Le CMES propose tout au long de l’ann\u00e9e des programmes d’\u00e9ducation th\u00e9rapeutique du patient, visant \u00e0 aider les patients \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer leur vie avec une maladie chronique.<\/li><\/ul>

    En compl\u00e9ment de nos services m\u00e9dicaux, le CMES s’engage pleinement dans l’\u00e9ducation sportive :<\/p>

    Tests d’effort : deux m\u00e9decins du sport pour d\u00e9pister des probl\u00e8mes cardiaques…<\/p>

    Test d’effort VO2 Max pour \u00e9valuer la performance.<\/p>

    Probl\u00e8me de mise en forme : S\u00e9ance de musculation, suivi individuel…<\/p>
